We are located in a residential gated community in Conocoto, a warm suburb in the valley of Quito.

HOW FAR IS CASA RODRIGUEZ FROM THE CITY?

Via car, we are 25 mins from the Historical Center, 35 mins from the northern part of the city.

WHAT IS THE NEAREST AIRPORT?

(UIO) Mariscal Sucre Int’l Airport. Without traffic, you will reach Casa Rodriguez in less than 40 mins. 

IS THE AIRPORT PICK UP & DROP-OFF INCLUDED? 

Yes, that service is included in your stay.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO GO TO ECUADOR?

Ecuador is a year-round destination, but the best time to visit depends on your interests. The dry season (June to September) is ideal for outdoor activities, while the rainy season (October to May) brings lush landscapes and fewer crowds. Coastal and Amazon regions have warm weather year-round, while the Andes offer cooler temperatures.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN YOU HOST?

For now we can fit up to 7 guests, in 3 shared beds and 1 in a fold out sofa.

1x King, and 1x Queen bed in each bedroom on the 2nd floor, and 1x full bed on the 3rd floor. We have a crib available for those traveling with their little ones. The first floor will be able to host another 5 guests in the future.

IS A SECONDARY BACKUP SYSTEM IN PLACE TO HANDLE EXTENDED OUTAGES?

Yes, we have a generator on site incase electricity goes out.

WHAT SECURITY MEASURES ARE IN PLACE?

Our community offers 24/7 security guards at the main entrance, surveillance cameras, and a secondary electric gate for added protection.
